USNextep used to be great service but… Nextep used to be great service but post covid now you can expect to wait over a hour is your POS down and customers that are not able to buy items leaving your business out of sales

USThe Nextep support line is great The Nextep support line is great, and when i email for support that is also great. My questions are answered and quick training from suppoet makes my day go smoothly. I am sorry i do not know the gentlemen last name but i refer to him as Mike, he has been a great help with. He has helped me with so much including making my menu easier to change. I usually just email Mike because I know the job will get done. The only issues I have had is when you systems go down and my system freezes. Also if i email Nextep support they do not really know how my menu is running so they change things to make easier for them to work but I do not get informed of changes they made. That is usually why I always email Mike. Other issues are with changing closing times and opening times. It goes back to emailing Nextep support and the job doesnt get done.

USThe team is always very calm The team is always very calm, cool, and collected, as well as friendly. The negative feedback is that I often have to call 2-3 times to fix one mistake, as it is rarely fixed to completion on the first try.
