USRiver Point Chicago-Teagan Since starting with Array Sports in May my time at Servcorp has been incredible. The amenities are second to none from the common area meeting space to the kitchen and facilities. Servcorps support team has been nothing but helpful. Specifically Teagan who has helped our team with an array of different tasks that have made some of the day to day stuff easier.

USWe HAD an office but terminated our relationship with SERVCORP We had an office at Servcorp Bank of America Center and the building is one of the best in Houston, but the experience with Servcorp soured this greatly. Appearances are great, but staff turnover creates issues, further complicated by the management. They are greatly overpriced with lease terns designed to maximize their billing to their client and added expenses just to leave upon completion of the lease term. AVOID SERVCORP AT ALL COSTS IN HOUSTON.

USRiverPoint RiverPoint - Chicago. Truly amazing facilities in one of the best locations in Chicago, outshined only by the Staff that makes everyone feel like CEO of the entire floor. Teagan is not only able to remember everyone by name but also anticipates our needs and offers her help before we even realize we needed her. River Point - Chicago and their amazing staff have become an integral part of our business and our success.

USI have officed with Sercorp over two … I have officed with Sercorp over two years. This is a great location at the foot of California Street, 200 feet from BART. What is also important for an advisory firm, such as mine, is having a professional staff and office environment. I particular, the admin/support staff are excellent with the phones and generally try to be helpful. They also dress and act in a manner consistent with an office setting.

SGBad experience with Servcorp I had a very bad experience with Servcorp. The good reviews are because incentives is given to write them. It has shocking hidden costs they charge extra one month rent just to "refurbish" the area. I was unwilling to pay but they deduct my deposit. Also, they try to dig your monies in all aspects. ie. the secretary helping to open the door they charge $30. It was overall a very bad experience. You may go there if you have too much cash to spare.
