SCAM SCAM TOOK MONEY FOR PROVISIONAL AND NEVER RECIEVED This is the response to my email asking for a refund- absolutely shocking. I am sorry to read that you have encountered any kind of misunderstanding or inconvenience. I also understand that you want to cancel the licence application. However, by checking on your application, I can see that your driving licence has been processed through our care and is completed. Therefore, can no longer be cancelled. Your online reference number is FPCT-*********** If you want the £34 government fee refunded, you should contact DVLA because the government fee is paid to them, not us. We cannot refund anything we do not hold.

Do not use this site I seemed to get diverted whilst searching for the DVLA website to their site when renewing my driver's license. I paid £24 for the renewal but somehow got conned into taking out a subscription that I didn't want. They took £89 out of my bank a few days later and when contacted told me I'd voluntarily signed up for subscription; which I did not. My bank is involved now and have actually reimbursed me the £89 but please be careful if you come across this site. My advice is avoid them.

I have reported your website and I have also emailed you directly demanding my money back in full to no joy so no surprise. The fraud team at my bank will now proceed. A SCAM A SCAM. It is the first item that comes up on Google when you type in DVLA on a search. So check and avoid this website Please don't give away your identity and risk losing money. I don't know why Google lets this happen. N.B. I see there is another company called Living Made Easy which sells wheelchairs and other devices to help with daily living. My review is not about this company who may, unfortunately, now be tarnished by the activities of the other similarly named company.
