I went to renew my license drivers and… I went to renew my license drivers and for some bizarre reason this company must of scammed my details instead as £89 was taken out my bank for no reason. I did not contact this company at all and have not given them my details or anything I've reported it to the bank and you have been blocked and money returned . How dare you use my details from trying to renew my license from gov. UK and take money not yours from my bank !!!

Some how it came up as a payment link on my DVLA license renewal payment, My Bank had you listed as scammers and are trying to get my £89 which you took from my account. I have reported your website and I have also emailed you directly demanding my money back in full to no joy so no surprise. The fraud team at my bank will now proceed. Whatever you write in reply to this review should be taken by anyone reading this as lies, This company prays on older, disabled and vulnerable people. ITS DISGUSTING WHAT YOU DO.!!

I paid £25 for a renewal these seriously need looking into from watchdog! How these are still in business I don’t know why and how! Youse should be ashamed of yourselfs!!!!

SCAM SCAM TOOK MONEY FOR PROVISIONAL AND NEVER RECIEVED This is the response to my email asking for a refund- absolutely shocking. I am sorry to read that you have encountered any kind of misunderstanding or inconvenience. I also understand that you want to cancel the licence application. However, by checking on your application, I can see that your driving licence has been processed through our care and is completed. Therefore, can no longer be cancelled. Your online reference number is FPCT-*********** If you want the £34 government fee refunded, you should contact DVLA because the government fee is paid to them, not us. We cannot refund anything we do not hold.
