GBActive English Setter We love Whistle. We have a very active English Setter - both in daily activity, and in the field. Being a numbers person, it is cool to see the validation of his daily metrics. It is also reassuring that we are providing the best exercise, and that he is within the markers for drinking water, scratching and licking. The GPS is an added security, that we hope we NEVER have to use. Strongly recommend Whistle!

GBDon’t waste your money I bought Whistle for my 2 dogs and in less than a year the devices stopped working. I called them and they said that the only option was to purchase a new device since it was out of warranty (6 months warranty). I bought new devices for both of them and again both devices stopped working in less than a year after the purchase (8 months to be precise) and again I was told that the only option was to buy new devices for both of them. The second time the device was also not connecting with cell phone network so it never sent notification to my phone when they left safe place.

GBSupport refuses to be reasonable Company will blame everything but the device for obvious physical defects. Had device for about 11 months now. About 2 months ago battery life began declining. 3 weeks ago it degraded to >24h and less than 10m to charge to "full". Things claimed to need to be ruled out which could not within the laws of physics be responsible: Network settings Wifi connection Phone app version DNS WIFI password WIFI band DHCP IP version Do not recommend due to terrible, still unresolved over a week later, support. No ability to choose service refund when device fails due to poor manufacturing.

GBOne of the best purchases I've ever made! Device has been flawless since I purchased from the Whistle website in March of 2020. I have been saved from losing my dog Piper multiple times solely due to my whistle and how accurate the tracking is. The company also regularly releases updates and the app has improved significantly in the time I've had the device, especially when it comes to tracking allergies and licking/scratching. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

GBwe initially bought the whistle 3 in… we initially bought the whistle 3 in 2017 when we adopted our rescue and he run out the door the first day, since then the whistle has become my daily companion making sure our dog gets enough exercise. We bought the updated Whistle with health information and it is amazing knowing the scratch and licking patterns as well as his drinking and resting times. Would recommend Whistle any time
