Starting with the positive Starting with the positive, the staff was nice. However, the quality of photos were poor. The photographer didn’t know how to pose us. During our session they allowed someone else to come in and take a passport photo. He intentionally took photos of us out of frame so you could see the other things in the background such as other props, the borders of the backgrounds, the bright yellow studio walls, the back hallway of the studio. I say it was intentional because they charge $15 per photo to edit/crop the picture. Instead of being semi professional and just take pictures of the subjects in frame. When inquired about it I was told that “this wasn’t a professional portrait studio. It was a quick studio”. And the proof clearly is in the quality of photos. I would never spend my money there and NEVER recommend it to anyone. It honestly feels like a scam.

Not professional photographers Not professional photographers. More of amateurs. Many mistakes like shades and glares. Did not suggest any posing for the family pictures and they were rushing. Totally not value for money

Highly recommend! Such a perfect find for last minute professional quality pictures. Very patient and friendly staff. With professional pictures being astronomically expensive these days, Photo Snap Studio was a great compromise. No frills, plain color backdrops, professional lighting, fast turn around time. I can’t recommend Photo Snap Studio enough!

Excellent service Excellent service! My wife and I were kind of lost with what to do for poses when we arrived and the photographer already had ideas for us! She was very helpful in getting us the right poses and pictures we liked and even provided us with our desired package. We know where we’re coming for our next photo shoot. Highly recommend!

Fast and easy Fast and easy. Online scheduling is easy and the service and prices are as advertised. The pictures are high quality and the photographer is very diligent about providing an outstanding product.
