GByou did a tremendous job you did a tremendous job. one problem. when packaging a framed print you need to protect the print. when my print came the box was damaged and there was a small mark on the print. not your fault but it was thrown or something fell on it. need something to withstand an impact. again, beautiful job.

GBWrong size. Ordered a 24x36 photo. The photo received measures 27x36. I don't have the means to trim it correctly and if I did, it would take away too much of the photo. And it doesn't fit in the 24x36 frame. Update to response: I did not receive any explanation except a letter stating one of the photos didn't meet the quality standards. Nothing about a sizing issue. I would accept a trim at tips of antlers and 24" down, resulting in some removal of the reflection. Thank you.

GBThis was my first time using Digital… This was my first time using Digital Taxidermy. I got a canvas print with a wood frame communication process with the company was excellent. They verified two or three times that I was happy with the product. They let me know that my pictures were acceptable would definitely use them again, it was a whole lot cheaper than getting my fish mounted since prices have went extremely crazy lately.
