GBBright MLS rejected photos because they… Bright MLS rejected photos because they were too large. My grandson had to come to my place and re-size pictures. We were hoping to use most of the photos. I will email copy of listing that includes the pictures I choose. Seller did not like picture 13 because carpet looks dirty, picture 15 because the wall looks dirty (unit freshly painted a month ago) and photo 17. Seller liked photos of the main lobby & exercise rooms!!

GBAppointment was not kept on 11/7/23 Appointment was not kept on 11/7/23; photos taken on 11/8/23, and photos not received as of today (11/12/23). Photos paid for in full ($210.94),in advance. Terrible business experience. I will not be using this company ever again and will share experience with all in my network.

GBPhotos were delivered as promised with… Photos were delivered as promised with no issues. Customer Service was awesome as well. I just wish the watermarks were not across the entire picture but rather in the bottom corner as to not give the appearance that I haven't paid for them.

GBGreat Photos from Urban Capitol I used Urban Capitol very recently for a new listing but I have been using them for the past couple of years for all of my listings - they are responsive, very helpful and the photos are always great. I highly recommend them. Easy to work with!

GBExcellent service This company went above and beyond my expectations. My photographer answered all my questions scheduled my photos with home owner in a timely fashion and delivered clear beautiful photos with virtual tour to the property in a digital link. I love the outcome will certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone i know.
