I’m addition the virtual staging is still not delivered a week later, it’s promised (again) for later Today. I had to order a new virtual tour package today because it was omitted in the confusing online order form. Other than the 4.5 star photographer, I rate the company 2 stars

I was extremely satisfied with Steve Kirn's photography The photographer you sent was prompt and very detailed. The cleaner did not come as planned so he had to present property photos and work around the cleaning that was not done. I thought to photos were excellent as did my colleagues who I shared the listing with. I like the quick turn-around time as we shot on Thursday afternoon and I had the photos to publish for Friday morning, in time to get the Open House schedule for the weekend.

I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice… I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice - both times for rental listings. The first time the photographer showed up 45 minutes early and the second time the photographer showed up 30 minutes late. The photos are OK. Maybe a little better than I can do with my phone camera. The photographers need better training on attractive angles and the editors could work on getting the lighting adjusted properly. Over all, the people that I dealt with were polite.

Another great job 2nd time I've used Urban Capitol in last couple of months. And again, a stellar job all the way around for my commercial real estate property listing.
