Great service Great service. The only areas for improvement are: they need to list the cost of the service on the website (I emailed to get it); and a receipt should be auto-generated after purchase.

Would not recommend Charged me first and then told me I had to redo it because the photo wouldn’t work. If that was the case, why not tell me that before charging me?

We got our Vietnam e-visa photos in a… We had a little snag but the company support was amazing and made things right. We got our Vietnam e-visa photos in a file type that was not able to be loaded and had to troubleshoot this file conversion. When we alerted the company, they immediately looked into it, fixed the glitch so no one else would experience this, and refunded our payment for the inconvenience. I have so rarely had a company so responsive. I will definitely use them again for future visa needs.

Photo file format not compatible with Vietnamese e-visa page Updated Review (see original review below): After getting a really lovely and very fast response back from the company, as well as a full refund, solely initiated by them, here was my response to their email--- "Thank you for your speedy and effective response. I'm happy to update my review to reflect the excellent customer service we've been given here. Thank you for finding and addressing the file problem (file was not named .jpg), for us and future users, and for acknowledging the impact it had on us. We appreciate you greatly and are happy we chose to use use for this service. I'll be very happy to use your service again!" Original Review: Your company does not share the photo file in a format that is commonly used (like jpg) and so it cannot be uploaded to the Vietnamese e-visa application page because that page does not accept the file format you use. And, it's not clear from your website that this is the case and you don't give any instructions on how to convert the file to the right format (like simply naming the file with a .jpg at the end).

Visa photo rejected The visa photo sent to me was not approved by during my visa appointment. The company was nice to refund my money and offer to redo the picture, but at the end of the day, I had to leave my visa interview to scramble for a photo.
