GBTotal lack of action Having posted a review 2 weeks ago concerning being charged twice for annual membership, I was advised by the company to email them (again!!). This I did, and surprise surprise, STILL NO ANSWER???? They have just replied with the same reply as before!! I have already done this????!!

They believe in you and you're creations and offer you others views, suggestions and wisdom on how to improve your technique with positive input. The contests are neverending along with other members challenges. Also it is a great opportunity to meet people from places you may never be able to adventure personally and see fantastic works from all around the world!

GBNo phone contact available No phone contact available. No response to email after email. Screwed up account - they added a second account without advising me and can't correct it. Perhaps there is no one actually there. Can't even get this cancelled after being a member since 2009. I'm struggling with Parkinsons and can't get any assistance. RW 650-355-4313

GBVery unhappy member I have been a top 10% contributor for several years but I have decided not to renew my membership. When I joined it was all about gaining points and awards. I accumulated over 4 million points and then the points disappeared and we got "coins". The top prices/rewards needing 80,000 coins were bought straight away although the top person on the leaderboard had at the time only a quarter of that, so I don't know what happened there. I live in the UK and most of the rewards are only applicable to to people living in the US. This is apart from E-books which I find quite basic and of no use to me. I have raised the question as to what is happening with the points on several; occasions, but only ever received a glib answer. I also won a contest several months ago, but I have never received the prize which was a canon lens. I have asked when I will receive my prize time and time again via email, but to-date still haven't received an answer. I received a message on viewbug messages from Ollie who apparently is a co-founder, this was when my membership had lapsed. I have returned his message asking the questions above, but of course never received a reply. This is a sad state of affairs as I liked the camaraderie of the site. But enough is enough.

GBGreat Photography Platform I have been a member of Viewbug for several years. Tons of contests with valuable prizes awarded. I am a bit disappointed to not have placed near the top in any contest over all these years, but it is a fun and encouraging platform for photographers of all skill levels.
