scam scam, two times tried, waited 3 hours each for free(!) mode. never counts down to 0, last second lasts more than a hour.

Very disappointing Update: it took an additional hour but the images finally arrived in my inbox in the junk mail folder. They looked great andI was able to download to my phone. The only issue is that the images were altered, slightly (airbrushed and background removed), and not sure if US passport agency will accept the altered photos (it states on travel.state.gov that altered photos are not permitted. We shall see). Very disappointing. Like many others I waited the 3 hours for the “free” passport photo. I made sure my phone screen did not auto lock and I watched the entire countdown. When it got to 0 it brought me back to the screen where they had me enter my email address and hit download for free button and it sent me back to the beginning to start the process all over again. The “free” service just seems like click bait so they can obtain your email address. There was no download complete confirmation page, nothing. Just bounced you back.
