GBHonest opinion Honestly, too many questions on very beginning. Leave questions about personal information for later. The reason I didn't get any further was just that. Let people see what you offer before asking all those questions PLEASE

GBNo customer service No customer service. Left multiple messages on their help line press #1 for sales, Press # 2 for customer service. After pressing #2 got message that all representatives were busy, please hold, i did and several seconds later I got please leave messsage (I've done this several times and never received a call back!!). Today tried again in vain so I pressed #1, a voice mail from "Greg" said leave a message, I did and still no reply. Have been a Buyerzone for over 20 years and their service has now deteroiated to terrible. Way overpriced for mostly useless leads.

GBStay away! Received 50+ phone calls- none of them local to install alarm system in home. Finally quit answering after over half wanted my personal information and one even ran a hard request on my credit without any information given. Now contacting my attorney about this as he tells me this was illegal. There seems to be no way of cancleing this request so everyone beware of doing this unless you want to answer many scam calls and maybe lose your personal information. Much easer to look for people in your local area.

GBHorrible lead service Horrible lead service. Leads are never verified and obvious false information are submitted all the time without verification. Phone number does not work for BuyerZone and you cannot get support via email or another way. They sell to bigger companies first then send them over days after. Some companies have already signed up with larger competitors within minutes of receiving the leads. Use the yellow pages before you use this scam service.

GBConfusing, ill conceived and even worse follow up I went to this site online thinking I could competitively shop for a new copier/scanner/fax for my office. Ha! The questions covered a range of most unlikely candidates in size (seriously, do companies with 1000+ employees go to a blind, online site to shop for copiers?) and then became even more vague...e.g., an option to indicate you want additional features, but no pull down box to either select those features or add the information. Sure enough, after about an hour, there was an impersonal email about how great offers would be coming my way shortly, but of course, none have. I have heard nothing from any of the vendors referenced in the form email. It just goes to show that shopping locally, with real people who both know the business and care about the consumer is how to handle such a purchase. Write this useless waste of time off of your "to do" list, and you will be glad you did.
