USKB Homes Fox Grove We recently bought a house at KB Homes Fox Grove. However, there is maintenance issues like plumbing and sprinkler. We called Mr. Frederick Bradley, the Customer Service Manager. He was able to schedule an appointment to fix our problem at the earliest possible time. Thanks to Mr. Bradley for his outstanding job.

USNo help They called me to tell me they had 2 different providers willing to insure my business for general liability insurance and 3 hours later all I got was 2 emails stating that both ins. Providers could not help me. Well that's fine but it was a waste of my time and time is money. They should have contacted the providers before the even spoke to me at all.

USToo many steps. Process takes too long Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.

USUnfortunately I had to give one star Because otherwise I would have given 0. I was stupid enough to enter my information into this baloney web-site, and lo and behold, I got bombarded with phone calls on my work line. They would just not stop calling, so I had to block their numbers. Great service if you enjoy spam.
