GBToo many steps. Process takes too long Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.

GBHorrible lead service Horrible lead service. Leads are never verified and obvious false information are submitted all the time without verification. Phone number does not work for BuyerZone and you cannot get support via email or another way. They sell to bigger companies first then send them over days after. Some companies have already signed up with larger competitors within minutes of receiving the leads. Use the yellow pages before you use this scam service.

GBNo help They called me to tell me they had 2 different providers willing to insure my business for general liability insurance and 3 hours later all I got was 2 emails stating that both ins. Providers could not help me. Well that's fine but it was a waste of my time and time is money. They should have contacted the providers before the even spoke to me at all.

GBSTILL WAITING On 10/7/15 I submitted a request for quotes on office equipment, On 10/08/15 I was contacted by a rep. from BuyerZone to verify the request for quotes was real & I was told that they would have vendors contacting me soon. Today is 10/27/15 and not 1 vendor has contacted me regarding my request. Unacceptable & a complete waste of time filling out BuyerZone questionnaire.

GBToo many calls about the wrong thing I requested information about phone equipment, not a phone system. The calls I got were all about phone systems. Some said they only provided equipment to buyers of their systems. Not what I was looking for. To clarify the 2 star rating, the experience was simply inadequate but no friction. Callers hung up when they learned all I was looking for was equipment.
