KB Homes Fox Grove We recently bought a house at KB Homes Fox Grove. However, there is maintenance issues like plumbing and sprinkler. We called Mr. Frederick Bradley, the Customer Service Manager. He was able to schedule an appointment to fix our problem at the earliest possible time. Thanks to Mr. Bradley for his outstanding job.

A wast of my time All this did was to have me inundated with telephone calls from representatives from various vendors to set up demonstartions. I could do that myself and frankly was hoping this "service" would be able to get me pricing and feature info that would allow me to narrow down who I would need to spend valuable time with. This is a useless "middleman" service

Unfortunately I had to give one star Because otherwise I would have given 0. I was stupid enough to enter my information into this baloney web-site, and lo and behold, I got bombarded with phone calls on my work line. They would just not stop calling, so I had to block their numbers. Great service if you enjoy spam.

STILL WAITING On 10/7/15 I submitted a request for quotes on office equipment, On 10/08/15 I was contacted by a rep. from BuyerZone to verify the request for quotes was real & I was told that they would have vendors contacting me soon. Today is 10/27/15 and not 1 vendor has contacted me regarding my request. Unacceptable & a complete waste of time filling out BuyerZone questionnaire.

Too many steps. Process takes too long Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.
