Too many steps. Process takes too long Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.

So Many Phone Calls It really wasn't made clear that you'd be giving my phone number to multiple companies and they'd all be calling me! The whole reason I filled out the information was because it said you would be sending me quotes from different phone companies. Well, I didn't get any quotes, I just got about five or so phone calls from salespeople, which is exactly why I didn't just call companies directly in the first place, because I don't want to be hounded by salespeople. This was truly frustrating.

No help They called me to tell me they had 2 different providers willing to insure my business for general liability insurance and 3 hours later all I got was 2 emails stating that both ins. Providers could not help me. Well that's fine but it was a waste of my time and time is money. They should have contacted the providers before the even spoke to me at all.

BUYERZONE SCAM BUYERZONE USED TO BE A LEGITIMATE WAY TO GET LEADS. HOWEVER AFTER IT WAS BOUGHT OUT, IT HAS BECOME A SCAM WHERE THE POOR BUYER GETS A HUNDRED CALLS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND EVEN FROM INDIA. THE LAST LEAD WE RECEIVED BEFORE WE CANCELLED THEIR SERVICE TOLD US THAT THEY DID NOT REQUEST INFORMATION FROM BUYERZONE BUT SOMEONE HAD SOLICITED THEM FROM INDIA AND ASKED IF THEY WERE INTERESTED IN A PHONE SYSTEM. THEY SAID "NO WE'RE NOT" BUT AGREED TO GET AN EMAIL WITH INFORMATION FOR THE FUTURE. THEY WERE NOT A PROSPECT, WE GOT CHARGED $45 FOR THE "LEAD", AND THEY RECEIVED HUNDREDS OF CALLS. I WOULD TERM THIS A SCAM.

If you want to get 5 telemarketer calls within an hour If you want to get 5 telemarketer calls within a minute and then the ones you dont answer will hound you and call your work to try to sell you, then this is your company. Do not fill out the a buyerzone quote, they will sell your information to companies that they pay for paid leads.
