STILL WAITING On 10/7/15 I submitted a request for quotes on office equipment, On 10/08/15 I was contacted by a rep. from BuyerZone to verify the request for quotes was real & I was told that they would have vendors contacting me soon. Today is 10/27/15 and not 1 vendor has contacted me regarding my request. Unacceptable & a complete waste of time filling out BuyerZone questionnaire.

Too many steps. Process takes too long Why do you overcomplicate what should be a simple process? After it took so long to get a response from you I went online and found what I was looking for from an open market place before ever receiving a response from your service.

KB Homes Fox Grove We recently bought a house at KB Homes Fox Grove. However, there is maintenance issues like plumbing and sprinkler. We called Mr. Frederick Bradley, the Customer Service Manager. He was able to schedule an appointment to fix our problem at the earliest possible time. Thanks to Mr. Bradley for his outstanding job.

NO HAPPY AT ALL!! After requesting information from the site for a metal building, I have received numerous calls several times, and all times of the day. Sometimes they call, hang up, then call right back. May or may not leave a message. High pressure sales. Need to call back immediately to save today only, etc. A week later, they still have the same scripted message. Needless to say, I won't buy from people like this! The repeated calls at all hours(especially when my daughter just had heart surgery and I was out of town) is totally not acceptable.
