Took my breath away. So, I somehow stumbled across Certified Restoration and went ahead and sent in a photo of my grandparents. My mother lost her mom last year and her passing has been very difficult as they were extremely close. She lost her father several years ago due to a massive heart attack. I asked my Uncle if he had any photos of their parents - I had originally planned on turning a portrait into an oil paining. He sent me a sepia colored photo of my grandparents that my mom has never seen. When I opened up my email from Jonah with a proof of the restoration, it truly took my breath away and left me speechless. I felt tears flowing down my face. The restoration is priceless and I know my mother is going to absolutely love it. I am so excited and wish that I was closer to her so that I could record her reaction (we live thousands of miles apart). I loved the work so much that I asked them to restore 2 additional photos. One of my in-laws wedding photo - they turned it into a color restoration and it is just perfect! My in-laws are going to LOVE it. They've never seen their wedding photo in color so this is going to be so wonderful!!! I'm also surprising my father in law with the 3rd photo they restored of his parents. Another sepia photo that they brought to life in color. Besides the AMAZING restoration, Jonah was very easy to work with. His responses were very prompt and they have excellent customer service. I highly recommend using them!!!

We are so very grateful that Certified… We are so very grateful that Certified Restoration was able to remove the water damages (etc.) from our grandmother's photograph. What they were able to accomplish was a pleasant surprise, given the very poor quality of the image we submitted to them. We cannot thank them enough for all the effort that went into completing the job for us. If the need ever arises, we will most certainly have them use their restoration skills for our family photos in the future.

I especially like their approach to pricing and the fact I was able to review a watermarked version of the pictures before I purchased them. I bought them all!
