HKProduct Function & Support I bought both hardware and software from them. By registering and paying a fee one month ago, I was promise anual update and techical assistance. When I found function in the web page and listed in the maual attached to the latest version can not function and requst help, they ignore my requeast and told me they no longer support this function. Why any one want to buy expensive hardware /sofeware from vendor who refuse to honor their contractual obligation and misrepresent product capabilty ?
