Worst Company now Two years back it had the best services, response was really quick. But now its in pathetic condition. Even a simple domain renew takes 1 week and you need to waste hours chatting with them for the simple task. Everytime a new guy is on support and you need to start from zero and final response is "Yes sir it will be done asap" but when no one knows. The servers are also not 99% up. There is almost 20-30% downtime. They are operating company in parttime. Billing though mentioned 10AM to 6PM IST but is available only 6PM to 7PM IST. This gives the condition how they are operating. Earlier I will suggested to go with them but not anymore.

Received prompt courteous support as always in my 5-6 month time with UnlimitedGB. UnlimitedGB made it quick and painless to set up my website. Good, speedy customer service via email. They'll work with yes, til the prob's fixed. I've had issues several times, mostly because I myself didn't know where to look for answers, and the customer service people answered clearly. I really appreciate your help on this. When I have issues, always UnlimitedGB have given me 100% support. Thanks again.

zero Spam!!!!!! I have purchased hosting plan from them. Now my website is not opening to many IP locations. When I contacted them, they say we can’t help you. Never do business with is company. Indian Govt. should act on this company.

Please avoid hosting in UnlimetedGB Hi Folks, I am compel to give this comment. I am an existing user of unlimitedgb and my domain name is " www indiasandart com" which is hosted in unlimitedgb. These people doesn't have automated system where they can enable or active your website once payment is done. You have to manually inform them and it will take more than 4 days downtime every time. I will be moving to some other hosting site.

Beware! 1)Most of the time their hosting server and at other time, the MySQL server is offline. 2)They have worst Support facility with only one support person called Anderson (You can get reply from other side for your message only after 5 minutes). 3)Whenever you contact them, they'll say that your site will be online in 1hour (Then what does 99.9% up-time mean to them?) 4)The ShopperApproved.com site seal and 5 star are created by fake data by repeated voting. 5)Most of the time their CPU usage will be at 99% when you view server status through cpanel. Worst than free hosting provided by ByetHost. If you're still going to buy from them, then it means that you're going to lose your money.
