GBAwful company Awful company, awful product, awful customer service from Aljay Customer Support Pointed me to their terms of service clause: "7. Payments and Refunds We do not offer refunds once you made a payment. By making a payment, you therefore agree not to request a refund." STRIPE should not be giving them a merchant account at all.

GBIf you've ever wondered what you'd look… If you've ever wondered what you'd look like as a senior citizen attending a circus audition, then boy, do I have the "perfect" AI service for you! I handed over my hard-earned cents hoping for a professional headshot, but instead, I got a glimpse of my future self (25 years older, to be exact). Not quite the Benjamin Button experience I was hoping for. But wait, there's more! After expressing my, let's say, "slight" dissatisfaction, they graciously offered a redo. And voilà! I transformed from an elderly version of myself to the star clown of the circus. 🤡 In the vast sea of AI solutions, this one surely stands out... just not in the way you'd hope. If you're looking for a laugh (or a scare), give them a try. Otherwise, keep your cents and your sanity intact.

GBFollowed Directions, Not Great Results I followed the directions exactly but I got one photo that looked like me out of 100. I tried to get on one day after my results came in to get another look at my pictures, but they are no longer accessible or loading. The one picture is nice, but I didn't realize I couldn't access it after one day, and I don't feel like it's worth the cost to receive so few usable photos.

GBWrong wrong wrong Hair color, wrong. Eye color, wrong. Earrings in most pictures? I don't have my ears pierced. Never wore an earing in my life. These photos are horribley fake looking. Unless I'm applying to be a Disney Princess, these photos are useless. Do not waste your money.

GBStill learning AI tool that did the job 2nd time. So initially my first run wasn't great. I had to complain twice and got another run at the tool. I painstakingly selected better images to fit the rules exactly and managed to get a LinkedIn headshot, as well as one or two other decent images. The other 197 created multiverse versions of me looking like I drink too much alcohol and forgot to go to the gym. 80% of the images also add around 10 - 20 years to the age of the "AI Avatar" This is very much in beta stage and I hope the engine learns. I think it needs another couple of months to research and produce more consistent images that resemble the intended person more closely. Customer services did initially refuse to help until I quoted the Consumer rights act, but after 2 goes. It did give me the desired digital product I was looking for.
