The level of service since Covid has… The level of service since Covid has dropped dramatically. We use to get very quick responses from Zigna and able to choose a photographer of our choice. Now it takes days for a response and there have been several mistakes. The photographers have been great! However, the lack of service from Zigna Has dropped dramatically.

Great experience and pricing. -

No photographer available, because... It is interesting to read that no photographers are available. I myself participated as a photographer in a food test shooting, which was successful, and via Dropbox-Sign I was sent a contract. After signing, I got an email saying I will get a welcome email with login instructions, which should take no more than 24 hours. I never received this email, not even in the spam folder. They don't answer emails, if you call them in Copenhagen, the answer you get is that it's the "Europe" department, it's located somewhere else, but where they won't tell me or give me a number. So potential customers should not be surprised that for an application there is no photographer at Zigna. So a vague company!

Great pictures + service Great pictures, very swift customer service when something went wrong

I have used Zigna service many times I have used Zigna service many times. The photographers have always done an excellent job with quick turn around so I continue to come back as a repeat customer.
