Does not respond to help with … Does not respond to help with credit/debit card machine. Debit machine does not work. Every time someone puts in their pin # it comes back as invalid. I gave up calling about this 8 months ago as no one wanted to help. Also, rates are higher than several other companies and the monthly fees keep going up.

Very bad company Very bad company. Under the parent company of First Data Made up charges. No response. undeposited funds. Also use a sister company called Leaders which is lower than merchant service. You will need to change bank accounts to keep them from raiding your account if you sign up.

They've continued to charge me for the … They've continued to charge me for years even after multiple calls to explain that I no longer have service with the credit card company I was doing business with. I would never use their service again. They will not cancel the service without the credit company calling them and the credit company refuses do to a conflict over contract issues.

I made several phone calls and attempts to reach them via their website. I never got a response from the company. How can you run a company like this? I’m surprised to find out they have been in business since 1995. Don’t be a victim to their shady business.
