Honestly the best bowl I’ve ever had… Honestly the best bowl I’ve ever had for my frenchie! So easy to clean and makes feeding time a breeze. He loves it and seems so much happier eating from a raised bowl. Fits in perfectly with the aesthetics of my kitchen, love the style and the design. Best investment for your pet I came across this company by chance. I read all the reviews and information and decided that this may help our Frenchie. I asked a few questions and received prompt replies. Louis loves his food and sometimes he eats with such enthusiasm he throws up. He doesn’t eat fast it’s more he takes giant bits. I’ve never had a flat faced pup before so I decided to try this. Louis loves his new bowls, I got 2 so he could have one for food and water. It’s a BREEZE to clean and fits into our decor (not that it matters) beautifully! It came faster than expected from the UK! Very well made and we HIGHLY recommend.

Awful feeder and personalisation looks… Awful feeder and personalisation looks amateurish. Feeder itself no good if your dog likes to be playful. My Frenchie who is 19 months old pulled at the tabs on the inset slow feeder part, trying to pull them off and trying to pull the slow feeder insert itself out of the bowl. I had to then remove his food and distill into his old bowl. I then tried the feeder with the food in the recessed feeder bit the insert is meant to be in. He did finally start eating his food though not as eagerly as normal, he then started chewing at the feeder and created significant teeth marks in seconds. Can’t leave your dog alone with this stand in case they chew on the legs and then could swallow the plastic. Nowhere near robust enough. Company refused to refund me, just offered me another stand if I paid p&p to return the other stand to them even though I asked for a refund as I told them no point me having another one that the same will happen with. No joy being offered a refund, my advice from my experience with this is save your hard earned money and buy a ceramic bowl or a ceramic bowl on a feeder stand if you want to raise the height. Out of goodwill alone the company should have offered a refund. Very poor customer care just referring to their T’s & c’s. A bit like ‘computer says nooooo’! I also had chosen to get the bowl personalised when I ordered it, looked really amateurish like the letters are in a very basic font. They look like ones you can get at Hobby craft as a transfer set that kids use. Black letters also used on a grey feeder look awful, at the very least should have been white.
