Mixed experience Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.

The team was quick and highly communicative throughout the process. They consistently looked for my input to make sure it turned out how I would want it to be. Above and beyond This process took over 3 months because they went above and beyond in helping me create the perfect custom music. They were able to send the music score and I could edit it each time and then they would send back a sample of the music. The final product is perfect and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the work and time that the musician took to get the music to be what I was looking for.

OUTSTANDING product! The employees I spoke to were wonderful. At every step of the process where I needed something customized, they checked in with me to confirm it was what I wanted; when I asked a question regarding the music box tune and wanted it adjusted, I was thoroughly explained to about why that would not be possible, which I found very helpful and informative. The music box itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, I am in love with it! It is the perfect gift for any loved ones in your life. The price tag for the custom tune is high, but I swear it's 100% worth it to hear a piece (that somehow isn't in their extremely extensive list) that means something special to you.
