The song is perfect, the box is perfect, and the process is perfect. Each time I had a question my email was responded to with courtesy and concern. So glad I stumbled across these guys.

Donuma is extremely responsive and… Donuma is extremely responsive and creates an amazing product. I requested a custom music box and they were so responsive and the final product was amazing! Such an amazing gift, I almost teared up a little when I received the music box because it exceeded my expectations! One note is that you need to order early for custom music because it does take a while for the custom music to be made.
