OUTSTANDING product! The employees I spoke to were wonderful. At every step of the process where I needed something customized, they checked in with me to confirm it was what I wanted; when I asked a question regarding the music box tune and wanted it adjusted, I was thoroughly explained to about why that would not be possible, which I found very helpful and informative. The music box itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, I am in love with it! It is the perfect gift for any loved ones in your life. The price tag for the custom tune is high, but I swear it's 100% worth it to hear a piece (that somehow isn't in their extremely extensive list) that means something special to you.

Mixed experience Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.

Sent me someone else’s order. Sent me someone else’s order. They’ve resent the correct one, hopefully I receive it asap. Was disappointed as I’m unsure I’ll be able to give my gift on time.

Great experience I’m not gonna lie…I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I worked past that. My music box is so special and I know the intended will absolutely love it.
