At every step of the process where I needed something customized, they checked in with me to confirm it was what I wanted; when I asked a question regarding the music box tune and wanted it adjusted, I was thoroughly explained to about why that would not be possible, which I found very helpful and informative. The music box itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, I am in love with it! It is the perfect gift for any loved ones in your life. The price tag for the custom tune is high, but I swear it's 100% worth it to hear a piece (that somehow isn't in their extremely extensive list) that means something special to you.
