The whole process was great The whole process was great. Getting a custom melody was easy and communication for the melody was clear and quick. Shipping was much faster than expected. The box was wrapped securely. The box itself looks beautiful and sounds just how I was hoping. Great experience all around.

I love the product I do wish that was a… I love the product I do wish that was a little more designed on the top at least, but I wouldn't have minded paying for a design.

Mixed experience Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.
