Great experience I’m not gonna lie…I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I worked past that. My music box is so special and I know the intended will absolutely love it. The song is perfect, the box is perfect, and the process is perfect. Each time I had a question my email was responded to with courtesy and concern. So glad I stumbled across these guys.

OUTSTANDING product! The employees I spoke to were wonderful. At every step of the process where I needed something customized, they checked in with me to confirm it was what I wanted; when I asked a question regarding the music box tune and wanted it adjusted, I was thoroughly explained to about why that would not be possible, which I found very helpful and informative. The music box itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, I am in love with it! It is the perfect gift for any loved ones in your life. The price tag for the custom tune is high, but I swear it's 100% worth it to hear a piece (that somehow isn't in their extremely extensive list) that means something special to you.

Mixed experience Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.
