Above and beyond This process took over 3 months because they went above and beyond in helping me create the perfect custom music. They were able to send the music score and I could edit it each time and then they would send back a sample of the music. The final product is perfect and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the work and time that the musician took to get the music to be what I was looking for.

Mixed experience Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.

Top notch quality and craftsmanship Top notch quality and craftsmanship. I used a custom tune and it was easy to communicate with the team at Donuma. The music box is now a family heirloom. Beautifully done.
