Mixed experience Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.

Quality work, excellent customer service Customer service always replied to my questions, and kept me updated on the progress of my custom order. The final product is beautiful and demonstrates quality workmanship. I'm happy with the result - it's a treasure.
