The team was quick and highly communicative throughout the process. They consistently looked for my input to make sure it turned out how I would want it to be. I wish i could give more than 5 stars I wish i could give more than 5 stars! I commissioned a custom tune music box with ring holder as a birthday gift for my husband. Cedrick worked with me throughout the customization process. He was super responsive and very quick with the music box demo and engraving sample. I don't remember if there was some rule about only allowing a certain number of changes (I looked into a couple of different shops before going with Donuma), but even if there was such a rule, it didn't matter because the Donuma team nailed it on every element of the design process. Cedrick sent along multiple engraving choices based on my rather paltry description for what i wanted the font to look like, and they all looked fantastic. Alas I could only choose one! And their musician is amazing too—I had chosen a segment of a rather peppy song and their musician was unfortunately unable to convert that particular part of the song, but was quick to suggest another segment that was similar enough to my original choice, so it'd still be very recognizable. The final product is beautiful and my husband loved it and was very impressed. Thank you to Cedrick and the rest of the Donuma team for helping me make this a special day for my husband!
