This company is a total scam I… This company is a total scam I purchased a package with radio and TikTok promotion and received absolutely nothing and they never responded to my emails

I used them for promotion but it failed… I used them for promotion but it failed to deliver results. I contacted them asking for a refund as it states on their website that if you don't experience any results, you can request a refund. They apologised but refused to issue a refund. The number of my monthly listeners dropped from 1190 (organic number before this campaign, zero promotions ever) to 67(!) after the campaign! I would not recommend this service.
