Got charge twice instead of Trial I've tried to use their free trial and I ended up paying for the subscription twice thanks to the desktop application. I did not know that downloading a song with "credits" meant that my trial would end and I would have to pay immediately, however I wanted to double check if that was correct by downloading and logging into the desktop app only to find out that it has charged me again because of it. I've reached out to support. They were able to refund me the first pay, but they told me that they didn't offer anything with $29 charge, so they wouldn't be able to compensate me for that money. Now I was unable to use Splice to see if I'd like the product and I'm $29 short.
