Don't Order From Them! Don't Order From Them! I ordered over 2 weeks ago and it has not shipped. I received a tracking # a week ago but it still has not actually shipped. Emails take 2-3 days if they respond at all, phone # goes straight to vm, their facebook messenger is a bot. Horrible customer service. I've already filed a complaint with BBB and I'm about to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Best case, they are a small overwhelmed company that is trying to hide how over their heads they are, worst case they are a complete and total scam.
