I want to give a 5-star encouragement… I want to give a 5-star encouragement to TooLost: a good platform with many features that you won’t find with other music distributors. The variety and uniqueness of the features make it stand out in the music distribution industry. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly music platform. I also want to mention that occasionally I have encountered some bugs or errors in the distribution process. However, these issues were eventually resolved by the dedicated support team. This shows their commitment to improving the platform and providing a seamless experience for the users. Despite these minor hiccups, I still highly recommend TooLost for its unique features and excellent customer service. I will also make sure to keep this review updated by posting my most recent experiences. This way, potential users can have a real-time understanding of the platform’s performance and improvements. 15/04/2024

Awful update this year. Toolost were excellent until March 31st 2024. However from April they made a change to subscriptions that meant everyone with a free account was locked out unless they signed up for a paid subscription. They didn't send any info out about this change in advance! When I asked their support if I'd missed the email about this, they told me that they didn't send any emails or any info, just changed it without telling anyone!

The absolute worst distributor that has… The absolute worst distributor that has ever existed. Don't allow the good reviews to finesse you. TRUST ME. If you like to get screwed over and treated like trash, go with this distributor. They mess up so much, explaining how horrible they are would be comic. They've messed up several albums, customer service and client success is really made for the 1% of top generating artists. Guess what... They use the 1% to finesse the remaining 99% of creatives. They lie on PR and talk about how they'll be distributing for certain albums like KANYE. They use already released records that aren't through them and create a hyperlink, just so they could write a PR campaign on it (Basically finessing SEO). I'll never understand why artists lie and act like they do anything... lol they don't do a single thing for you and don't allow me to talk about discovery mode (It's not on your S4A and like Spotify states, they have the distributors that have their access to it. All the remaining ones are liars). Now about how they messed me up... I had 100s of records with them and they NEVER pitched a single record, actually they left my PITCHES BLANK and I know this because I had Label Access at the time (Which they didn't know) and label access allows you to see what's being pitched. They would leave my release pitches empty... Meaning it's impossible to get editorials on ANY DSP. They messed up my album and released it a MONTH EARLY. THEY LIED ABOUT PUSHING PROMO TO THAT ALBUM. THEY LOCKED ME OUT MY ACCOUNT WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR MONTHS ABOUT THEM NOT KNOWING HOW TO LINK THE CORRECT ARTISTS. THESE GUYS SUCK AND THE PERSON OPERATING IT IS A 24 YEAR OLD RICH FUNDED INDIVIDUAL THAT KNOWS TECH BUT NOT MUSIC! They ruined my throughput but now I'm blessed because I'm with a distributor that truly understands my vision. I wouldn't recommend this to my own enemy. I at-least see my enemy as human and NOT A DOG.

Extremely slow response times Extremely slow response times. Friendly responses but never any follow up. Ironically their zendesk help desk is faster at responding to low level issues - they just can’t help with detailed issues. The account reps seem overwhelmed over simple backend issues that any other distro could handle. I had better luck with distro kid - and I left them 10 years ago. I lost over 100k streams and my Spotify artist access - after having it for 10 years and they have no idea why. It’s been months. So many excuses. It’s like starting over. Disappointing on a lot of levels.

Customer support is shockingly slow Customer support is shockingly slow. The system itself is great but they have to improve customer support. Tickets take weeks if not months which isn’t acceptable. If they fixed that I would certainly recommend.
