Second one's a charm! I was one of the Kickstarter backers so was really excited about this new stand but I couldn't get the hang of my first Wee Stand, the legs seemed to collapse at whatever height it was, then one of them snapped off and I gave up on it. Then a few months later, I contacted them via their website and got a reply the next morning. Joe was so helpful and suggested that it sounded like a manufacturing defect and they'd send me a replacement. That was Monday, my replacement arrived on Wednesday! And it is brilliant, exactly what I'd hoped the Wee Stand would be. Great product and refreshingly good customer service!

The Wee Stand was easy to order and purchase.I was kept informed by acknowledgement of the order, the despatch and estimated date of delivery of the music stand.I ordered the goods on Wednesday 07/09/2022 and the neat parcel containing the music stand arrived on Tuesday 13/9/2022.The delivery was reasonably quick when you take into account postal strikes.The Wee stand looks great and was a wee bit fiddly to start with but I have got to grips with it now and it has replaced my old bulky,heavy stand.I am sure that this will be money well spent.

The best stand and great customer service! The best stand and most amazing customer service! I purchased a wee stand for my child to bring to orchestra. It’s so light and easy to use, such a great product!! Ours arrived with a broken leg and I wrote to ask if there was a way I could fix it. Joe from the Noisy Clan sent a replacement stand in no time. The emails were replied quickly and every shipment came with a lovely handwritten note. Absolutely amazing customer service and would recommend this company to anyone!

Quality I received delivery of my Grandstand yesterday and I can say it is well worth the wait since I backed its Kickstarter launch campaign! The packaging really impressed me. I noticed right away the quality of the materials and the neat and *not plastic* tape. Really happy about how little plastic there was (virtually none. Great work!), and the boxes were just a delight, all neat and economical with space and satisfying to open! Honestly it was a very pleasurable experience. The contents of the boxes maintained my enthusiasm. The parts look and feel solid and high quality. I love how few parts there are, and there's nothing fiddly or delicate or likely to come loose and go astray. I was confident I've made a great purchase before I'd even assembled it. The printed instructions looked super simple, and actually were. More importantly for me, assembly was intuitive and fool proof for someone who doesn't generally read instructions. I'm pleased to see it is just as easy to disassemble and that it takes up so little space for something so solid, though it looks good enough to have on display, which may have the added bonus of encouraging me to play more! Overall, I am really happy with the Grandstand. I am glad I backed the Kickstarter project and it has been interesting to follow your journey from then to now. Well done! The Circle of fifths Decoder My daughter purchased the circle of fifths decoder as a present for my birthday. When the package arrived the outer envelope was wet and unfortunately the booklet was water damaged. They decoder however was unharmed as it was sealed within a separate plastic packet. I contacted Noisy Clan directly and explained the situation and the booklet was replaced immediately. It’s a realty great well thought out product for composers and musicians alike and with the explanation booklet its an absolute gem Great customer service - many thanks NoisyClan 5 stars
