I am very with my two orders I just want to state that I was very happy with the assistance from your sales associate on my order last week. I received my two speakers and amplifier within a few days of ordering . The equipment was very well packaged and is in far better condition than I expected . So I ordered a matching amp and an EQ . I am an Executive Music Producer and been in the business for around 50 yrs now. I am also retired for 19 yrs now from the top sr facilities engineering supervision from Delco Electronics advanced developement and reliability engineering test facilities world wide . I am 65 and retired from GM at 45 to return part time to music and festival production . So I have a bit of experience to back up my statements on these subjects . I am very happy that I found your company, Oh and I have a couple friends in Franklin and a good friend in music that moved closer to Nashville from Franklin some yrs ago to be more supportive of her two adopted sons as a single mom. Sold faulty equipment that was "fully… Sold faulty equipment that was "fully tested", had a very clear issue that we didn't test for until it had passed their return window. "not their problem anymore" after that. I'm stuck with a $1000 paper weight that is unusable. Very unhappy with experience.
