(Thanks to them for checking gear thoroughly.) It arrived when expected, inside a whole ton of padding that kept it safe in transit. Sold faulty equipment that was "fully… Sold faulty equipment that was "fully tested", had a very clear issue that we didn't test for until it had passed their return window. "not their problem anymore" after that. I'm stuck with a $1000 paper weight that is unusable. Very unhappy with experience.
