(Thanks to them for checking gear thoroughly.) It arrived when expected, inside a whole ton of padding that kept it safe in transit. When I need more gear in the future, I'll be sure to look at what they have to offer.

Sold faulty equipment that was "fully… Sold faulty equipment that was "fully tested", had a very clear issue that we didn't test for until it had passed their return window. "not their problem anymore" after that. I'm stuck with a $1000 paper weight that is unusable. Very unhappy with experience.
