GBFair prices, great customer support. Ordered a bunch of items from ChurchGear for a new campus launch at my church. Everything was in working order and priced fairly. One of the amps was under-powered for the speakers we were using but that was my fault for not looking at the power requirements on the speakers before I ordered! ChurchGear support was quick with their response and helped us order a beefier amp and return the one that was under-powered.

My experience with ChurchGear was superior to any other company or vendor I have worked with before. This is a difficult thing to describe, but I'm going to try. Do you know that feeling you get when you meet a really great person for the first time, like one of those magnetic, everyone-wants-to-be-around-them kind of people? That person is full of joy, light, and positivity. You feel a little disarmed, and maybe you lower your guard that you usually have up for people you don't know. At first it's unfamiliar and strange as you introduce yourself, but after a while it feels like someone that's an old friend or feels like someone that you should've known all along? That's how working with ChurchGear feels. We will definitely be working with them again, and we've purchased gear from them as well. I feel very confident and comfortable buying used gear from them.

GBSold faulty equipment that was "fully… Sold faulty equipment that was "fully tested", had a very clear issue that we didn't test for until it had passed their return window. "not their problem anymore" after that. I'm stuck with a $1000 paper weight that is unusable. Very unhappy with experience.
