It's obvious that they really care about the customers (buying and selling), and the fact that they fix gear up before reselling to other churches helps me sleep easier at night than selling that stuff myself if I'm unsure about a piece of gear's condition. I am very with my two orders I just want to state that I was very happy with the assistance from your sales associate on my order last week. I received my two speakers and amplifier within a few days of ordering . The equipment was very well packaged and is in far better condition than I expected . So I ordered a matching amp and an EQ . I am an Executive Music Producer and been in the business for around 50 yrs now. I am also retired for 19 yrs now from the top sr facilities engineering supervision from Delco Electronics advanced developement and reliability engineering test facilities world wide . I am 65 and retired from GM at 45 to return part time to music and festival production . So I have a bit of experience to back up my statements on these subjects . churchgear.com was great to work with The church gear guys were all great - some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They purchased a lot of our "no longer needed" equipment and even picked it up without a charge. It is a business, but churchgear.com is also a ministry supporting churches like ours. Sure, we could have sold this equipment online, but it could have taken weeks or months or longer to sell it all. With churchgear.com, the entire transaction was completed in a few weeks and we did not have to worry about individually selling and shipping each piece of gear.
