I focus on business while videos are edited in my sleep! I use be creatives to edit my longform video for YouTube, as well as create reels for Instagram and shorts for YouTube. I had an existing style before be creative, came on board, and they were able to match an improve upon that style. I try and provide as much detail on what I Would like from the video, and my editor, Marta magically put it together! Turnaround time has been great. I refer them out to my colleagues who are looking for great editing service. It’s nice for me to be able to focus on my business.

Reliable video editing for my needs I've used BeCreatives for a little over a year now and it has been critical for my business. The editors work quickly and do everything they can to make videos look and sound the way they should. They're also responsive to my questions and are willing to make as many changes as I request. The only downside I've experienced is not enough to prevent a 5-star rating. So far, I've had several different editor changes because my editors are so good that they go out and do business on their own. Each new editor is just as good as the last, but they seem to have high turnover.

A total disappointment We hired beCreatives for podcast editing and according to the agreement for the price we were paying we were guaranteed a 2 day turnaround. The deal sounded great and needless to say we were very hopeful. Our first editor turned out a botched edit job after 4 days (not 2 as agreed). So we requested help from the supervisor who decided to assign us the most experienced editor they have. This sounded good again however, delivery did not improve. On top of the slow delivery we kept getting sloppy, lazy, half-baked edits and the files were not sent as requested which caused a lot of back and forth with the team there. That combined with the time difference (we are in the US and they’re in EU) is a lot of wasted time when you’re trying to get projects out. When trying to reach the supervisor, she ghosted us, reading our emails and not responding. We weren’t even mean or nasty. Where’s the customer care guys?! After a WHOLE MONTH and only ONE finished podcast, they wouldn’t release our last project until the last date when the contract renews. Per their rules if you cancel they delete all your files. So after a lot of reach from us they didn’t answer us in time and of course the files were never sent. An unfortunate waste of $2000 for us. You can hire an editor on Fiverr to do that job for that money and it won’t take a WHOLE MONTH! But hey, you live, you learn and then you grow in your business. Never again.

BeCreatives is the best !!! Being new to content creation, I wanted to put out quality content, so I decided on getting an editor. I talked with other agencies and companies, but none met the needs I wanted. Then I found beCreatives! I love the communication with the editing staff and the quality of work that's been put out along with my creative input. Looking forward on doing more business in the future!
