Jim Chan is an absolute star! Jim Chan is an absolute star! I used Jim to film my first promotional video in New York when I was visiting the city from London. He was quick off the mark and exceptionally helpful in the lead up to filming, making sure all logistics were planned for ahead of time and pointing me in the direction of necessary permits (eg a permit to film on the High Line). On the day of filming, Jim was great at directing me and encouraging me during the filming. He is super friendly which really helped! Literally nothing was too much trouble - he walked me to get a USB stick for my footage and delivered it back to my hotel the following day. As I said, an absolute star! The filming and editing was first class. He gave me great advice on the editing process and put together a fabulous reel for me. And then he was super patient with the further edits as I changed my stance on what I wanted in the video. Honestly... the best guy to work with, a pleasure from beginning to end and a FABULOUS end result of a video!!
