I had a terrible experience with this… I had a terrible experience with this site. It will be interesting to see if they have Any integrity in them and give the promised refund, but I'm absolutely appalled at this point. I had zero results this time and the assignment was marked as incomplete. Then when I asked about it they first made excuses saying it takes a while! Later they changed their story to saying it was already done and had I missed that? Excuse me??? I got zero results and it's like you want to be condescending to me?! I've had a million other good experiences with other sites, and I will never give them another dime in all my life. I recommend The Orange Cloud over this Any day, any time because They never let me down. I feel like I bought literally nothing, only to be left feeling burned as they proceeded to judge Me. It's not even the money at this point because that was small. It's the treatment! The nails-on-chalkboard wait as I asked a simple question and then watched them turn things around. I've worked in customer service and always had to do what the customers wanted or at least be apologetic if there was a mistake! Oh not with this site though-- apparently you can get nothing from them and then they can judge you! WOW. I would've been better off spending my goddamn money on the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus!!!!!
