US1/12/24 If I Music Xray is a SCAM to get hard working ppls moneycould give less stars for… 1/12/24 If I could give less stars for music xray I would, Ive been using them for three years and I've paid them according to the 28 times that my song has just sit there with nothing or no one to hear it, I threatened to have an attorney contact them they sent me 28 emails saying in the same day saying my song was not selected an by them going over the 45 day period they owed me 419.50 ok we'll the same pay pal account I used to pay them with says its invalid! Yeah ok, well I cant request my 419.50 now because my email is wrong! Not, they have no intentions on refunding just a portion of the money I've spent to have my Songs heard, but you know what if they can live with themselves I can too they cant take it to Hades with them, the Lord see and knows what theyve done, I forgive them and will pray for them! But I will not Ever use them again! So heres your warning!

NZDo yourself a favour and steer clear. MusicXray says it will deliver "diagnostics" (essentially, feedback from supposed "Music Industry Professionals") for your music. It charges for the service. Unfortunately, I have paid for two of my tracks to get "diagnostics". I have received no feedback whatsoever in respect of either. For one of the tracks, I have waited over 6 months and for the other, it is now approaching 2 months. "Support" tells me that MusicXray has no control over the people reviewing the music, but won't accept that even after 6 months of waiting, refunding my money would be the decent thing to do. I have noticed that many of the positive reviews on TrustPilot appear to be a "copy & paste" job, which suggests they are fake. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.
