High Quality Products, But Definitely Wait For A Sale Before You Buy Discovered through Instagram ads and my interest was immediately piqued, but the pricing on their bundles put me off. Eventually I settled for their using their Fantasy+ service on a monthly subscription of $4.99 (which is quite fair in my opinion for the library you get for it). The real kicker comes when their whole store went on a 90%+ sale and their 2023 bundle, which was normally $350+ was running for $34.99, so I bought it. Immediately after checkout I was brought to the download link, which downloaded a singular PDF file named "All-in-one," which was a little off putting just because that's a rather unusual method. Upon opening the PDF, I was shown a separate download link for each of the 4 packages in the bundle, offered in mp3 or WAV formatting, and with each download's total file sizes listed. With all the file sizes combined (mp3 versions), it rounded out to about 32gb total - an astonishing amount for just music, ambiences, etc. Overall, products and libraries are incredibly high quality and very impressive, but just make sure to catch them when they have a sale going, as the pricing is on the upper end.

(Updated) No download link and no customer service. (Update: So I was finally contacted by the seller and was able to get the download codes. The codes all worked and I am very happy with the content. However, I still can't give a perfect rating as I felt that the website and the purchasing process was a bit clunky to use. I would now recommend this product with the advise to pay attention to the emails as originally I was contacted via "hermeticmediamgmt" and not a mounumentstudios address. 2/2/24) I was given a gift card over the holiday to purchase one of the fantasy bundles. However, after purchasing I never received any download link or email of any kind. Checked my trash and spam folder thinking an email could been missed but nothing. Next I sent a message via Contact Us portal with no reply. Waited a few days and sent another message and no reply. So far this has been a very negative experience and I would not recommend buying from the site as sadly it feels very much like a scam.

Would love to rate it higher but… Would love to rate it higher but purchased a package from them of multiple albums, and received no links to them online. When I emailed about it, they promptly responded and sent me the links, which was fantastic…..although…..upon downloading, only one of the links worked. When I emailed them back for assistance, they never contacted me again. It’s been weeks now and still no reply, and still no product. Feeling scammed.

Great music, Customer service, and future. I have to say the quality of music is amazing. I bought the Fantasy+ suite because my buddies and I play D&D online, and we live in different time zones. I love being able to create and manipulate a playlist to fit the needs of our game. There were a few issues that I ran into, but I sent an email to Monument Studios, and I heard back from them quickly. They assured me that one of the issues I was having they are looking into but that there were other things they had to fix first. I loved that answer, because it showed me this is not a one and done deal, this is a project they are perfecting. The other was a simple work around where I could change different playlist without having to send a new URL every time. I am very impressed with how quickly and clearly, they responded.
