USPLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Unless you want your time and money to be wasted, please don't hire them. I wanted to revamp my website (which is a blog). I hired them after talking to their salesperson Kevin and reading the wonderful reviews on bark. They seemed wonderful and promising, I hired them, paid the amount upfront and then they started working on my projects. Meanwhile, they constantly requested me to leave 5 star review. Till then everything was going fine, so I left a review. Red flag 1. They were all good during the design and development phase. During the deployment of the website, they became super unprofessional. This is probably an understatement. Here is what happened: 1. They don't know how to work on the digital ocean. They don’t even know the difference between disk space and RAM! 2. They did not take a backup of the website before deploying. 3. They even ignored multiple requests of recovering my WordPress password. They made me sign a project completion form before handing over the credentials. 4. They never made me the admin - after multiple requests, they said they couldn't log in. 5. They lost all my data - 12 years of blog posts. It’s a lot of hardwork, a website with 52 Domain Authority and a lot of memories. I have nothing right now. 6. They stopped responding. They said the project manager was ill. I took that into consideration. 7. They still wouldn't respond to my text. Kevin and the project manager, Joshua, conveniently ignored all my texts. 8. Eventually, they blamed things on everything possible - domain name provider, server, wordpress - every thing possible. 9. They never accepted their mistake. 10. I literally begged them to return my website to the older version - I even said, I don't need a new website just return back everything as it was. 11. NO RESPONSE 10. Then they said to contact the server(Digital Ocean). They never told me what went wrong, why can't they restore the website, nothing. What am I supposed to tell the customer care of digital ocean? It is a very simple website - only texts and images (no online shop, no payment methods, nothing) and they managed to screw it up! I ended up working on the website on my own. I had to start from scratch - thanks to this team, who possibly have a lot of fraud or forced reviews on Bark.
