AUSubscription Refund I noticed that I had been charged for a subscription that I wasn't using, so I contacted Motion Array via their online virtual assistant and they refunded me the money immediately. Amazing.

GBI was having issues on motion array… I was having issues on motion array with billing and membership. Peter and only Peter helped me, the online chat is not very helpful. I hope if anyone also experiences problems like I did on motion array that they get Peter to resolve their issues thank you Peter

GBThe worst thing i have ever spent my… The worst thing i have ever spent my money on! yes it looks great and the ads they use make it look appealing BUT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! NONE of the things work! all missing assets or broken links! music gets flagged on youtube! absolute waste! need to cancel my renewal ASAP!!!!! stay clear

GBfast and accommodating My account auto-renewed but I did not have any work on the horizon so I got in touch via chat and they quickly refunded. I'll renew as soon as I have some more work but I must say they were very fast and accommodating.

GBDoes not stand behind their service First... This complaint is not about the quality of what they have; its about the themes of their material. First... I create a lot Religious themed projects. Their selection of Christian images and templates is very limited. Yet when you search for any material related to gay, it seems to be pages and pages of material. That is their choice but that is not what I want or need. They seem to have an agenda. SO I have asked for a refund for the unused portion of my subscription. They are saying no... I paid them in advance, used it for three months... now they are not standing behind their service. Buyer beware Michael
