this software is trash this software is trash. thee are sights that it will not download anything. in addition, on those that it will download, trying to download a series and it will choke on one of the episode repeatedly. the web site claims it will not refund because there was ample time to test this software during pre-purchase where you can only download the first 5 minutes of video. On those videos it choked, it seems to choke the first 10 minutes of the show. this pretest was obviously done to fraudulently give an false appearance that this works with all so to entice people people to buy. and their customer service / support doesn't aqnswer emails although their website claim they will in 24 hours.

Very good service for getting anything off most streaming services I was looking for something to get to download videos from streaming services to mp4, and after looking around for a while I found this software & gave it a try, and I was very impressed by it.
