CAQuick factory reset fixed everything We were able to solve the issue very quickly simply by resetting the DTEN to factory defaults and reconnecting it to Zoom.

GBThe DTEN Me 27" is a fantastic device… The DTEN Me 27" is a fantastic device and the perfect solution to many scenarios. We used to have to order 27" touchscreen monitors, a mini PC, and a camera/mic/speaker to set up an impromptu touchscreen Zoom Room or use Zoom's digital signage with the monitor mounted on a wall. It was either that or a $1500 all-in-one touchscreen PC. But the Me checks all of those boxes in one streamlined device at an excellent price point.
