As a content creator As a content creator, I deal with many service providers, some of which consume a lot of time and resources, but with the Kaiber team, it is very different. They provide an easy and high-quality work mechanism, in addition to respectable and very fast customer service, for a good price.

Evolving platform with great support The platform is evolving and the support team was super responsive and helpful. I had experienced an issue where the platform was not accepting credits correctly for video generation. I reached out to their support and Phil had replied in a flash resolving my issue and even providing some useful tips to get better results with their model. The user interface is intuitive, making navigation and utilization of the platform a breeze. I think the model still has room for development as I noticed some videos have minor glitches, but this is common in AI generated videos. I am confident this platform will continue to refine it's product over time. All in all a great platform helping me produce some incredible video content. Thank you,

These guys are scammy and practice… These guys are scammy and practice terrible communication!!! I tried several times to cancel and they still won't undo my subscription to them. Adrian, one of their customer service reps has been so ignorant.

Kaiber has been able to surprise me so… Kaiber has been able to surprise me so many times…I have paid for pika, Leonardo, RunwayML, and I know there are 3 or 4 others I just can’t remember right now…but kaiber video is the best so far I’ve tested,,.and I pay for adobe and use all its products…..but I pay for more but what I wind up using is always just the kaiber stuff….
