Their customer support is basically… Their customer support is basically non-existent. Bought a campaign and haven't heard from them for over 2 weeks now. No results, nothing.

I’ve worked with them for two releases… I’ve worked with them for two releases and honestly their connections and playlist helped me build a good core of listeners that regularly play my music and interact with me. Also I think their payment model is also very convenient. I’ll definitely be working with them again.

Easy to communicate with, and generally care about artists, which I find rare in this industry. Will definitely continue to work with them!

Non-existent customer support Non-existent customer support. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they don't find it necessary to respond. Unprofessional behaviour.
