Pro audio 305 Simply the best in the 305!

No customer service I ordered some software from them. The next day they replied, asking for my email for a download (even though I was charged a shipping fee??). I responded with my email. I didn't hear back the next day so I messaged them back. Repeat 5 days of messaging them, no word. I tried calling and no one picks up. They are non responsive and have been ignoring me. Would definitely not do business with them again!

shady business placed the order and appears it was cancelled as it was flagged fraudulent. BS. After a few days got refunded by cc company since i was actually charged. Is that the definition of fraudulent ?? Another reviewer on a different site reported the same - seems like a problem on their end. So I called scat up and they said they will send an invoice. Never got it. This occured 3 times. Finally called up a few days later, same about sending invoice now in 3 mins. Never got it. Tried to call back, no one picked up, 3 times no one picks up........unprofessional and unfit for public service. Best to avoid.
