Horrible Seller of Audio Equipment on Ebay Reverb and via their site. I regrettfully purchased from ebay seller Scitscat on ebay and the item arrived broken. Their solution was to lie and cheat the system. Their business model is very unprofessional. Customer care is non existent. Steer clear of this seedy business based out of Miami Florida. Tune your guitar in seconds. 150 presets for alternate tuning. Will tune guitar, ukes, banjos, mandolins, etc. Alternate tunings are preprogrammed. Highly recommend this product and Skitscat Music. True professionals!

shady business placed the order and appears it was cancelled as it was flagged fraudulent. BS. After a few days got refunded by cc company since i was actually charged. Is that the definition of fraudulent ?? Another reviewer on a different site reported the same - seems like a problem on their end. So I called scat up and they said they will send an invoice. Never got it. This occured 3 times. Finally called up a few days later, same about sending invoice now in 3 mins. Never got it. Tried to call back, no one picked up, 3 times no one picks up........unprofessional and unfit for public service. Best to avoid.
