INTerrible Support Worst support, I don't like the user interface and user experience.

GIThe support is horrible and they ignore… The support is horrible and they ignore once you paid them money/purchased a subscription plan and after that they any support request and there can go weeks before they answer. They made it impossible to mange your payment details. There is no such billing interface in your where you can update, add a new payment card/method. instead you must ask support which then upon your request (if they answer you), will send you a special link which gives you temporary access to your payment details. Very shady indeed! By doing so they can of course block you completely from accessing your company´s payment card and removing it. They are an Indian company too and use western names to hide that you get support etc. from an Indian person, so basically they are lying to you from the start when they chat with you. Yet another red flag! The product/service they are selling itself is somewhat fine, but there are many areas where it could be improved. They spam their own branding in their code even though you paid of it and they tell you that if you are a on paid plan then you are white labeled. This is not entirely true...

USHORRIBLE SUPPORT! It's truly sad and grossly disappointing that after more than 10 days of back and forth chatting on your website about upgrading my account, there's be no action taken. Not the support I was anticipating and hopefully others in our community are not experiencing the same. On this basis, would not recommend your platform to anyone.

USMore than a video hosting solution! Hippo Video is more than a video hosting solution. They are a great sales tool as well. Th onboarding experience is solid - they have videos to help you through most things that you would have questions with. So far, I am impressed with the platform.
