Look for alternative solutions. Working with Citrus Animations has been an ongoing challenge. I want to work with them, but they seem to change the rules on a whim and communication is a major issue. There is a significant language barrier and Citrus Animations will change timelines and budgets whenever they feel the need. We had done 3 videos with them and I was hoping to have a long-term relationship with them. Unfortunately, the moment I spent more money with them upfront, the quality of service and urgency subsided. There are LOTS of animation companies that can do exactly what Citrus does and I would recommend looking for alternative solutions. The lack of empathy and customer support and/or response is astounding.

Scam artists !!!!!!!!👹👹👹👹👹👹 People, Please beware, don't give these people anymore money. They are not even Operating a very sophisticated Rip-off scam. They are just blatantly stealing Your money. Listen to me people. I don't know this company from a hole in the head. I just picked them randomly but check out thier reviews. They only have one good review.( Most likely written by them.) Ask yourself why with a stranger. Write a bad review on a company which they are not personally connected to in any way shape or form, Other than the fact I have been ripped off along with many other people. These people even have the audacity to call you back every 3 to 4 months after they get your first deposit, give you some.#@!*&@# Story and excuse to try and extort even more money, They are unllbelievable. If you note the date on the first post compared to the post. I am actually putting up today on this date notice the time frame. They have called me. Every 2 to 3 months with more stories. When I when I actually ask for my refund. The guy hung up in my face, So due to the fact that I can't do much about it. It is going to be my mission to bad block them every single day. This is by far one of the worse… This is by far one of the worse companies I've every dealt with. They have had multiple team changes. It has been around 14 months that I have paid in full and received nothing. Today a senior project manager called me and said they would start working on my files again. I thought great, this is really awesome. Then towards the end he said I would have to pay more to get the videos copyrighted, about $1300 each video. Now I had another project that they did not complete, so a total of 3. I asked if they could use the money from that third project to compensate for the copyright fees. They refused. So I paid thousands of dollars and have nothing and they expect me to pay a few thousand dollars more. If I didn't receive this call today I would have been ok and really took it as a lesson learned. But, the fact that they have to audacity to ask for more money really pushed me to a breaking point.
