Better look into the company first I don't even think this company is in business anymore. I paid them to make a video (they required payment upfront) and it was never completed and they stopped emailing me and now their number is out of service.

Over $1200 WASTED on this company! We paid Citrus over $1200 Feb 12, 2001 to construct a cartoon for our business to advertise with. After numerous attempts (over months of trying) to get them to understand how to construct our avatars (they kept getting them wrong) they stopped communicating with us. On June 18, 2021, Sarah Watson requested our mailing address to send us a refund check. The check never arrived nor has Sarah responded to our subsequent inquiries about the missing check. We will NEVER trust this company again! On Monday, I will be filing an official complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office.

No communication. I am a college student and they owe me 900 dollars I paid Citrus animations upfront in November. due to issues with my school project I had asked for assistance with I cancelled the project the same day and requested a refund which i was told i would receive within 40 business days. Here I am in February with no refund. they dodge all my calls and have not communicated with me since January. I call and write to them everyday with no response. It has caused me so much heartache trying to get my money back. please do not work with them
