CANo communication. I am a college student and they owe me 900 dollars I paid Citrus animations upfront in November. due to issues with my school project I had asked for assistance with I cancelled the project the same day and requested a refund which i was told i would receive within 40 business days. Here I am in February with no refund. they dodge all my calls and have not communicated with me since January. I call and write to them everyday with no response. It has caused me so much heartache trying to get my money back. please do not work with them

GBThis is by far one of the worse… This is by far one of the worse companies I've every dealt with. They have had multiple team changes. It has been around 14 months that I have paid in full and received nothing. Today a senior project manager called me and said they would start working on my files again. I thought great, this is really awesome. Then towards the end he said I would have to pay more to get the videos copyrighted, about $1300 each video. Now I had another project that they did not complete, so a total of 3. I asked if they could use the money from that third project to compensate for the copyright fees. They refused. So I paid thousands of dollars and have nothing and they expect me to pay a few thousand dollars more. If I didn't receive this call today I would have been ok and really took it as a lesson learned. But, the fact that they have to audacity to ask for more money really pushed me to a breaking point.

GBIt was a pleasure to work with Travis… It was a pleasure to work with Travis and his team! The end project came out much better than we anticipated. We will be reaching out to them in the near future for more animated videos.

GBLook for alternative solutions. Working with Citrus Animations has been an ongoing challenge. I want to work with them, but they seem to change the rules on a whim and communication is a major issue. There is a significant language barrier and Citrus Animations will change timelines and budgets whenever they feel the need. We had done 3 videos with them and I was hoping to have a long-term relationship with them. Unfortunately, the moment I spent more money with them upfront, the quality of service and urgency subsided. There are LOTS of animation companies that can do exactly what Citrus does and I would recommend looking for alternative solutions. The lack of empathy and customer support and/or response is astounding.
