Amazing work overall Amazing work overall. The personal interaction with the assigned agent plus the ease of use of the tool is great combination overall. Just one small note, when filing the e-signature with the company (forgot their name) it would be helpful if they state what happens then explicitly in the email (e.g. once the signature is done, does that mean its been sent to IRS?)
