Overall, I found the process very straightforward, efficient and professional. The platform for uploading information was very clear. I engaged the services of Expat Tax Professionals quite close to the April 15th deadline. I was advised the completion of my taxes might be after this date, and I was impressed that everything was completed by April 15th! Throughout the process, communication was timely, helpful, and professional. The completed tax form/FBAR were accurate, and demonstrated to me that they have a far superior understanding of expat tax rules and filing than I will ever have.
