Professional and helpful Luka runs our payroll. He went out of his way to ensure that our employer match to employee 401K contributions was executed properly. He is professional and helpful.

Really poor experience Really poor experience. They messed up my payroll really severely and then refused to fix it. They blamed some company they were working with. I would talk with one of them at Eco-Tax, who would promise to call me back in a few days... literally months of silence. I had another CPA finally redo this year and the last two years. It was enlightening for me, like he was actually an advisor rather than a data entry clerk.

Johanna is on top of it sending me reminders to ensure I provide EcoTax the information needed for payroll to be processed in a timely manner. If I have any trouble I can reach out to Johanna and she is quick to respond. She has been invaluable to me in keeping my company finances in good order.
