Really poor experience Really poor experience. They messed up my payroll really severely and then refused to fix it. They blamed some company they were working with. I would talk with one of them at Eco-Tax, who would promise to call me back in a few days... literally months of silence. I had another CPA finally redo this year and the last two years. It was enlightening for me, like he was actually an advisor rather than a data entry clerk.

He was knowledgeable about gift tax and how it impacts the basis on an asset transfer. He was helpful in introducing me to other possible services I could access through the company.
