Really poor experience Really poor experience. They messed up my payroll really severely and then refused to fix it. They blamed some company they were working with. I would talk with one of them at Eco-Tax, who would promise to call me back in a few days... literally months of silence. I had another CPA finally redo this year and the last two years. It was enlightening for me, like he was actually an advisor rather than a data entry clerk.

One of best decisions we made So many service vendors reached out to us when we started our company. Most did not deliver what they promised. Eco-tax staff has been easy to contact,responsive, knowledgable, professional, and has done what they said they would.
