At first I was hesitant to make the switch from the generic online application I was using, but with my new growing family and the confusing processes of filing from overseas I wanted to find someone who would do a great job for me. Bright!Tax has not let me down and every year I feel so financially safe and better off knowing I can rely on them to do things right and efficiently. They are great at communicating with me and following up with any questions or concerns I have. They also help me to stay focused and aware of what step by step processes I should be following. It's such a relief to not have to stress about taxes as much as I used to.
