A Toast to Nour and Nicolas! Bright!Tax delivered once again this year. We started early, around early March, and they were done before the US residents deadline (April/15) even though as an expat I don't have to file until June. Still, it was nice not to have to make any estimated tax payment just to have that money sit there for no reason before getting it back long after June. My tax project team, Nicolas and Nour, are quick to reply to my questions and asks, and made the process simple and seamless. Once you get used to their user interface (for data collecting) it works well. I wanted an experienced team and a CPA to take care of my expat return, and Bright!Tax delivered it. I'm a happy camper. If you're an expat, Bright! Tax is what you need! Finding people who are knowledgeable with cross border taxes is tough at best. I was forced to change tax preparers this year and everyone I had contacted wasn't going to be of any help. I found Bright! Tax & went by all the good reviews they had. Fortunately for me, it was a good call. They were great throughout the whole process. If you're an expat, you really should consider using their service.
