I called Michael in a very agitated state and proceeded to demand that he do something. He very kindly talked me through it all and made me realize that it was merely a lien, to be expected after the process we just went through. Every step of the way with our situation, Michael and his team treat us with kindness, care and clear explanations. We are very happy he is on our side throughout this.

Tried to settle with a very high monthly amount rather than fact-checking the amount (which a CPA did and found out the IRS audit was performed incorrectly). No OIC's offered either.
