Second Year In A Row - A+++++++ This was my 2nd year using CountDeFi and will re-emphasize that they are a best in class provider for all crypto reconciliation. They make the process transparent and painless - all for a reasonable price. I cannot recommend them enough!

Liked the service and process greatly Good stuff : They are EXTREMELY organized and seem to be very knowledgeable about the complicated dynamics of crypto. The initial meeting with the owner to discuss whether I should use them or not was very informative. I really like how everything seemed clean and smooth using them. Their online forms are easy to use for the most part. My particular situation didn't fall exactly within their tiers of offered plans, and the owner worked with me on that and helped me out. Basically, I went with these guys because they are pretty young group that is well educated in crypto space, they have great presentation, really good communication and response time, and very modern online setup. Not So Good Stuff : Seemed expensive to me; especially knowing I was going to have losses already incurred with taxes. I understand you get what you pay for but in the end my Koinly printout seemed kind of generic. Maybe I was expecting a singing telegram or something, I don't know lol. Now with that being said, I did the Koinly thing before I went with these guys. The Koinly tax report I did, and the Koinly tax report Countdefi did varied greatly. Obviously, after comparing the two, theirs is more accurate. So, expensive (?) somewhat compared with others, but when it comes to dealing with the IRS and this crypto stuff I want to make sure I am accurate with my reporting. Also, when I got my tax report back from Countdefi there was tons of information that I didn't understand thoroughly. When I asked questions about the form, I got answers back, but the answers weren't that complete and were very cursory. This is a crucial moment for the customer because this is when you are seeing all the numbers and what that means to your money. When asking questions about those numbers and definitions it would be much better if Countdefi could be extremely informative and thorough with their responses. This would go along way with the customer 'calming down' some and being content with the results (and also cut down on more follow up questions - good for both parties). It was kind of like having great service at a restaurant and then having to wait forever on the check....It isn't the end of the world, but with it being the final step why not make it great and leave a good feeling for the customer at that stage in the process. But, overall these guys are good but a little on the pricey side.
