I would not say my experience was… I would not say my experience was great. It was satisfactory. All my needs are met in a timely fashion. When your tax return is a small fish in a big pond one can not expect too much. And I understand why. I'm grateful I've found a agency that helps me out every tax season.

A LONG SHOT AT BEST These folks prepared am offer in compromise (OIC) for me in 2013 for the IRS which was very successful at the time. Last year I reached out to them for an OIC for the State of Colorado. Yes, 10 years later.
