The IRS was disputing the validity of my income and my child tax credit regardless of the mountain of paperwork provided to them. GBA LONG SHOT AT BEST These folks prepared am offer in compromise (OIC) for me in 2013 for the IRS which was very successful at the time. Last year I reached out to them for an OIC for the State of Colorado. Yes, 10 years later. THI would not say my experience was… I would not say my experience was great. It was satisfactory. All my needs are met in a timely fashion. When your tax return is a small fish in a big pond one can not expect too much. And I understand why. I'm grateful I've found a agency that helps me out every tax season.
