They have a good process for asking for categorization clarifications and then learning from those for future transactions. However, sometimes things fall through the cracks and have to get recategorized later when I review month-end statements. However, that's quick and easy to do. Thus RemoteBooksOnline is a HUGE timesaver and great value for our business... 4.9 stars.
