Affordable for middle class families… Affordable for middle class families that need to file Washington State taxes for credit. Wish there was more online help accessible with live person and that there were online resources for questions like Turbo Tax. Also wish ability to view forms as they are filled and easier to go back to individual form to see why information wasnt entered.

The site was easy to use The site was easy to use. Only thing I couldn't figure out was how to add the Car and Truck expense so I added it to other expenses. I enjoyed the pay out of my refund feature, how handy!
